We understand the customer’s needs
We create a proposal based on an analysis of your requirements, the information we collect, our proposed plan and our customer’s needs including quality, cost, delivery date and so on.
The customer confirms the proposal and authorize the prototype
We create prototypes and study the possibilities for improvement by implementing VA/VE (value analysis and value engineering)
We work to create the prototype you’ll be satisfied with, by making modifications and reproductions between steps 4 and 5 as necessary.
The customer evaluates and review the prototype.
The customer evaluates the prototype and gives approval to begin mass production.
We manage our processes in detail, making sure to keep the promised quality and delivery date.
We inspect the products before shipment, and issue inspection certificates as required.
We provide products in sets or offer assembly services according to the customer’s needs. We also offer post-delivery follow-up.
